By the end of Level B2, learners will be able to design reliable, repeatable AI systems for business use. This level treats prompting as process design, not chat interaction, and focuses on consistency, control, and risk reduction.

By the end of Level B3, learners will be able to apply AI responsibly and effectively across core business functions. This level focuses on real operational use, clear boundaries, and avoiding the most common functional failures.

Level B4 – Data, Risk & Governance
By the end of Level B4, learners will understand how data quality, risk management, and governance determine whether AI adoption is safe and sustainable. This level equips learners to prevent legal, reputational, and operational failure.

Level B5- Strategy, Scale & Certification
By the end of Level B5, learners will be able to lead AI adoption strategically, scale AI safely across an organisation, measure real return on investment, and demonstrate executive-level AI judgment. This level prepares learners for certification and leadership accountability.
