1. Account Registration

• To access our courses, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Subscription Plans

OWL AI offers the following subscription plans:

• Standard Plan: £19.99/month – Access to AI for Everyone course
• Business Plan: £49.99/month – Access to all courses

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

3. Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
• You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
• All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

5. Course Access and Content

• Upon successful payment, you will have access to courses included in your subscription plan.
• Course content is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must enrol in courses to access them. Enrolment is free for active subscribers.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time.
• Access to courses requires an active subscription. Cancelled subscriptions lose access at the end of the billing period.

6. Certificates

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements.
• Certificates are for personal use and professional development.
• Certificates represent completion of our training program and are not accredited degrees or professional certifications.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on OWL AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and course materials, is owned by OWL AI and protected by copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our written permission.
• You may not download, record, or capture video content from our platform.
• You may not share your account or course access with others.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or share course content
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to access the platform
• Resell or commercially exploit our content

9. User Content

• You may submit comments, questions, or other content through our platform.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services.
• You are solely responsible for your content and must not post anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• OWL AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that courses will meet your specific requirements or achieve particular outcomes.
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Educational content is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, OWL AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OWL AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to access the platform and courses ceases immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OWL AI regarding your use of the platform.
